If we believe that you could be a good match for our team then we will arrange for a first call with one of our tech recruiters. This is a good time to find out how it's like to work at parcelLab, our work culture and any further questions you might have about the role.
You‘ll be given a small finish-at-home coding task that should take about 3-5h to finish. Don't worry, we don't want you to rush through it or spend countless hours on it. Do it in your own time and don't overdo it. No need to be perfect. We just would love to see how you approach a problem and how you like to develop software.
After all this we would like to have a final appointment, where you present your final solution to one of our chapter leads and one or two colleagues from the team (45 minutes till open end, from experience takes longer because everyone is so nice). You can talk about your passions and ask every question that is on your mind.
Expect your job offer a couple of days later. Everything will be prepared for you if you decide to become a member of our team.
